We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to delays, third-party delivery issues, or improper handling of food after pickup. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. TA Community may amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
At TA Community, we take great pride in preparing every meal with care. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your takeaway order, please let us know as soon as possible.
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Incorrect or missing items: Please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order with your order details and a photo (if applicable).

Food quality concerns: If you experience an issue with the quality of your meal, reach out within 1 hour of receipt. We may request supporting details or images to assess the situation.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled with a full refund if done at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or late pickups.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 working days.
